Marketing Specialist

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Specialist to manage the marketing efforts for our group of companies in the AdTech space. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the AdTech ecosystem, will be hands-on, results-driven, able to manage multiple marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on content creation, Linkedin presence and website funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing activities of the group's companies.
Maintain and elevate positioning, identify target audiences, and develop comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.
Gather and analyze market insights to optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign performance.
Work closely with the company's art director and internal teams to create, enhance, and manage marketing materials and workflow.
Monitor and optimize the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
Manage and execute our brands B2B PPC campaigns (low-volume Google AdWords), including setup, optimization, and reporting.
Create, monitor, and optimize lead-generation funnels while building new ones to improve performance.
Write and maintain website wireframes and texts for various company projects, ensuring content adheres to SEO best practices and supports effective user funnels.
Maintain and enhance website content, media kits, LinkedIn pages, and regular blog posts to align with company objectives.
Plan and coordinate attendance at tradeshows, including representing the company, managing materials, handling lead follow-ups, and organizing travel arrangements.
Drive collaboration to create engaging marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing roles
  • Familiarity with the AdTech space
  • Experience in funnel creation and optimization
  • Experience with content creation (in English)
  • Company page management experience on Linkedin
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other web performance tools.
  • Experience with tools like Canva for visual content creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (advantage).
  • Positive and proactive attitude (A must).
  • Native, or advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a flair for creativity.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field (advantage).
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing B2B PPC campaigns (Google AdWords) and familiarity with pixels and conversion reporting.
