The position is full-time, on-site (Herzliya, Israel) with the option to work 1 day from home.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
Manage big-budget web (mobile/desktop) campaigns, focusing on optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuously analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and implement them to ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding predefined benchmarks and ROI targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the web sector to expand client base and increase revenue streams, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives tailored to existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with a team of skilled customer success managers and media buyers, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing web campaigns (A must)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (mother tongue level preferred)
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies
  • BA or similar qualifications
  • Additional foreign languages (An advantage)
