Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MMG's Supply and Demand partners.
• Ensure Mars exceeds partner expectations through regular check-ins and relationship management.
• Conduct performance analyses, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a programmatic specialist, advising partners on industry trends and best practices.
• Attend industry events to stay updated and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow partnerships and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• Technological degree
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (mother tongue level preferred)
• Strong presentation skills and experience working with Excel
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team setting
• Experience in programmatic monetization - Advantage.
• Programmatic basic knowledge and relevant industry trends - Advantage
