Responsibilities

  • Own and lead global business development, drive new partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, market trends, and untapped growth areas across global regions.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Partner with P&L head units to shape business requirements based on market demand, enabling targeted business development and deal execution.
  • Represent Mars Media Group at major industry events and conferences.
  • Take full ownership of pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AdTech business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong existing network across the AdTech ecosystem, agencies, and programmatic stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to open doors and close deals at a senior level.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Programmatic advertising ecosystems
  • Agency budget structures and buying processes
  • Supply & demand dynamics
  • Commercially sharp, deal-oriented, and highly autonomous.
  • Comfortable owning strategy and execution.
  • International experience and ability to operate across markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages a plus)
